The motions in this series help people develop awareness of maintaining a flexible torso while sitting, such as a pianist or instrumentalist practicing, an artist or architect working at a table, or an office worker at a desk.  Allowing the head to lead and keeping the spine flexible, while the lower body is centered and even,  can help prevent a variety of back, shoulder and neck problems.
